We collect data of IP, location, browser etc. (Use of the website 3.1) 

KLAVIYO collects data of the customers behaviour on the site, when the customer is on the site. Klaviyo does it atuomatically. 

We also use personal information about you to show you content on our and others' sites based on your activities and preferences, and to limit the number of times you see the same content, and to measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing. For this purpose, we will be able to upload your e-mail address to advertising tools at, for example, Google or Facebook for the purpose of sending targeted marketing.

 

Our basis for the processing is our legitimate interests in complying with your wish to receive marketing from us, to which you have given consent in accordance with the Marketing Act (data protection regulation Article 6(1)(f)).

 

We store personal data about recipients of marketing As long as the contact is active and the data subject has not withdrawn their consent. If the data subject withdraws his consent, documentation of the original consent is kept for 2 years from the date of revocation in accordance with the Consumer Ombudsman's guidelines and requirements.
