Returns

You have the option to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.

If you change your mind about the purchase, the items must be returned to: Sandgaard Orionvej 2D 7430 Ikast

You will receive a return label and a form that must be filled out and included in the package you are returning.

When returning items, you should ensure that the goods are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and the tracking number. IMPORTANT We expect you to send the items back as soon as possible after you have notified us of the cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have changed your mind and informed us about this.

The refund of the purchase value will be processed quickly after the receipt of your items. It can take up to 14 days before we have processed your return. We will send an email when we have processed your return, and the money will be returned via your chosen payment method.

Documentation for your purchase and return form You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase. You will receive a return form in an email after you have informed us about your return.

NOTE: You can lose your purchase amount. This happens if the value of the item is diminished because:

  • you have actually used the item. ALL items that show signs of use will be valued at DKK 0.
  • it has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
  • you have handled the item in a way that was not necessary for you to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and the way it functions.
  • you have not followed the limitations on the right of cancellation that come with seals, type of goods, etc.
  • you exceed your 14 days right of withdrawal. The smell, appearance, and lack of labels/hangtags will form the basis for a particularly strict assessment of whether the item has been used. This is for your and others' safety, so that everyone can confidently buy items from our webshop knowing that no one else has used the item before them. So remember to handle the items carefully and thoughtfully – especially if you are considering returning your purchase.

Warranty Rights / Complaint Rights:

The Sales of Goods Act provides a warranty period of 24 months. This means that you can have a faulty product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. We naturally cover your return costs for faulty goods by sending you a return shipping label. So please contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or has errors. Call us at +45 20 90 91 43 or write to info@sandgaard.dk. We need your email address, and you must be able to print PDF files so that we can send a free return shipping label for faulty items. We do not cover return costs if you use other return options than the one mentioned above. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not occurred due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Otherwise, you must bear all expenses for transport/shipping, including our shipping costs for returning the item after inspection, and we may charge you an amount up to DKK 150 for inspecting the item if it is found to be without faults. You must contact us and file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error in the item. And preferably as soon as possible. When you return the item, please also provide as detailed a description as possible of the problem. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including the tracking number. Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery, without delivery, or similar. Information about complaint options A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can file a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk. The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
