Payment is drawn when we ship out your order.
We reserve the money, but have not drawn the money yet when you place the order.

Delivery time varies of which country the order needs to be sent to.
Denmark - 2 - 4 working days
Outside of Denmark - 2 - 6 working days
Though we always strive to send your order and process it, as quick as possible.
Jeg ser, at en bestemt vare er på restordre - hvornår kan den leveres?
When checking out and filling the shipping information, you can choose a shipping method.
Kan jeg ændre forsendelsesmetoden?
When an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping method. We recommend you contact us immediately, so we can cancel the order and you can re-order again with correct shipping method.

Kan jeg annullere min ordre?
Yes, you can always cancel your order before we ship it.
Please cancel it before we ship it out of the warehouse. You will recieve an email when the package has been shipped. When the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Kan jeg ændre en ordre efter den er blevet afgivet?
No, you cannot change your order after it has been placed. You can contact us, and we can cancel the order for you.
Returnering og ombytning
Kan jeg returnere en vare købt online til en fysisk butik?
No, you will have to return the item to us by sending it back with a return label and return form, that is provided in your package.
Kan jeg bytte en vare til en anden størrelse?
You can return your package, and re-order in correct size.
Jeg ønsker at returnere min online ordre, men jeg ønsker ikke at bruge din returservice. Er det okay?
If you want to use another return service, you must take in to account that the package is out of our responsibility.
For package returns, it needs to be sent to correct adress and only to our warehouse. We do not accept packages, that needs to picked up in a parcel shop. It has to be direct shipping. If that happens, the package will be returned to you. Therefore we recommend to use the return label followed in your original package, or contact us and we can send you one through email.
Please keep tracking of your package, so you know it will arrive at our warehouse.

Jeg har ikke modtaget min ordre, hvad skal jeg gøre?
Hvor lang tid vil det tage at få min refusion?
When the package has arrived, we usually take 2-4 business days to process your package. When the return package has been inspected, we issue a refund.
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 1-6 business days before the refund is visible.
